Tawnster's Plum Drunk Steak
4 1-pound London Broil steaks
1 750 mL bottle of Plum wine, your choice of brand
1 750 mL bottle of bourbon, again, your choice of brand
1 12 oz can of Coke Classic
pepper
1 large onion, cut in quarters
In an extra large mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add the onion. If your fridge won't hold a container that large, divide into fourths in smaller containers. Add steaks, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and marinate for 48-72 hours. Remove the steaks from the marinade. Discard the marinade. Rub the steaks in ground black pepper until coated to your liking, and throw the badasses in the broiler. Cook to medium rare to medium. To NOT cook longer than that. You'll ruin the side effects. Serves many, so great for a party. Have your steak and get drunk in the process!
