DECISION: For or Against Tossing Midgets For Sport?
In some venues, the sport of midget tossing has flourished. Is this wrong? If so, why?
Is it right? State your case.
Personally, I think it would be wrong to just pick a midget and throw him if he didn't belong to you. Would that be theft or kidnapping?
Discuss.

Do you think that fear molecules make a midget weigh more?

Re: DECISION: For or Against Tossing Midgets For Sport?
Is it a consenting midget? If so, i dont see how anyone has the right to tell someone else how to make a living. the job market for midgets is somewhat limited and they are often discriminated against. If they can make a buck allowing people to toss them around, that is their choice. By the way, i feel the same way about prostitution. This is a moral choice and i dont see why the government has the right to govern what a consenting adult can do with their body, assuming they pay their taxes.
Note that i consider dwarf tossing the same as midget tossing. In fact, technically, i believe that it is much more common to see dwarf tossing than midget tossing. I have personally witnessed dwarf bowling, its pretty cool. The dwarf made about 300 for the night of getting heaved down the alley.

Does this reference include the seven dwarfs? (If you don't get the reference, tell me and I will enlighten you.)

Re: DECISION: For or Against Tossing Midgets For Sport?
Another point of contention - a midget gives consent to be tossed. During the act of tossing and as you attempt to release, the midget changes his mind and digs in his stubby little fingers into your skin.
Does the midget have the right to change his mind just at release?
Is the midget liable for damages regarding the stubby finger marks and damage upon the thrower?

Re: DECISION: For or Against Tossing Midgets For Sport?
Depends on the terms of the consent. If its oral consent, i think the midget has the right to revoke at any point up until the point of release, but there should be no damages if the thrower tries to stop but drops said midget if his arm was already moving forward. If the thrower ignores the revocation of consent, he could be liable for damages, especially if the dwarf is not tossed in a spiral. The play would of course be subject to further review. If the midget had taken the money up front, he would have to return it.
If its a written agreement and the midget has signed on for commerical entertainment, i dont think the midget can change his mind (pending the specific terms of the contract) without being liable for damages. IF i sold tickets to a dwarf tossing event and the dwarf changes his mind and cancels, i should be entitled to damages.

Re: DECISION: For or Against Tossing Midgets For Sport?
It would seem that the release of the midget during a throw would be contingent upon if the arm was going forward, or not. Would this constitute a midget "tuck rule"?

Ok GC, as you seem to be an authority on this subject..............
Can you tell me the difference between an dwarf and a midget?

Re: DECISION: For or Against Tossing Midgets For Sport?
Dwarf vs. midget. One is a fully developed human that is just very short. The other is a deformity where the body parts are not all fully developed. One other difference. I get confused over which is which. Anyone that could provide additional clarity, i should be very helpful for the clan.
