Re: Everette vs Rome.Knew i'd find it
The last poster was awesome! RACK HIM!
The sad thing is that Jim Rome has carved out a niche in the radio world. His talk show is terrible. He does get some pretty good interviews, but the remainder of his radio show is crap. He has to repeat the same thought 12 times in small variation of language to attempt his version of dramatic effect. Too bad he doesn't get cancelled, but there are too many "clones" that eat the sh-- that he is serving.

Re: Everette vs Rome.Knew i'd find it
I used to listen when Rome first started out in the mid 80's. He was working the night shift on the mighty 690, a tiny AM station in San Diego that no longer exists. He used to have high prise for the Rams and I remember listening to a few late night interviews with Everett when the Rams were doing well. Rome has since turned into a two faced piece of @#$^.
