Corn tortillas ground fresh and cut very thin, and fried to perfection, served hot with a dip made from secret recipe enchilada sauce mixed with freshly shredded white American cheese.
I get to make this stuff at work every day, and it is one of the FEW things I cannot fathom doing store-bought again. You can keep your Doritos and Tostitos to yourself.

Oh, no, not Taco Bell.....Taco Bell stinks. I work for a small oufit known as Mexican Villa. My friends in Southwest Missouri are all encouraged to stop by the one on West Sunshine in Springfield sometime!
