Well, I'm no lawyer, but that should be perfectly fine to do. By applying case law found in Kramer v. Kramer, Ali v. Frazier, & Cobra v. Mongoose, a conclusion can be reached that such action as it refers to E Pluribus Unum would be applicable to an Et Cetera Et Al Shaka Zulu recommendation of Habeas Corpus Ex Post Facto.
So yea, that should be fine...........legally speaking.
