Just found this ace website on one of the Eagle's forums - www.whatifsports.com/locker/simulations.shtm
Basically it lets you simulate games against NFL teams from the past 25 years, and gives you stats and everything.
The 2000 Rams beat the 85 Bears 27-13 when I did it.
