How do you become a Moderator.

do you have to be a member for a long time, or do you just have to have alot of posts, or do you have to be well respected????

It's a long, complex process. First, you must be nominated. Second, you must write a rather long essay as to why you think you would be a good mod, and send it to the 'inner circle'. (Attaching a money order for a hefty amount helps.) If you make it past this point, then the fun begins.

The next step is getting into the whiners locker room and swapping out their jock straps with Pampers, and making it out without getting caught. The next challenge is the "Survivor - Street Smarts" game. You get dropped off on the corner of Troost and 23rd streets in Kansas City, wearing only Rams gear. You have to make it all the way to the EJD without getting beat up.

Lastly....the few who survive put their names in a hat. Utter then draws one name from that hat.

This only happens once every three years, BTW.

But seriously Giant, Dez makes those decisions so he would be the best to answer your question. PM him if you like. However, I wouldn't worry about it. You've got your Arena Football career to think about, being a mod would take your focus off that.

1. You have to pull off the secret handshake on the first try
2. Run naked through your neighborhood shouting "My kilt was left in Scotland"

4. The main one though is having UtterBlitz's approval. Without that, you will need MOM's and her's is a tough one. About as tough as Deal or No Deal but not quite.

actually, i never wanted to be a moderator. I was just curious as to how you went about choosing them. Even If I wanted to be, I simply wouldn't have the time, with my intense training I have been doing lately. Although I wouldn't completly throw it out the window. after I retire in about 15 years I would think about it. Besides it looks to complecated. I amend the current mods for what they do and what they put up with. I have a bad temper problem And i would probably go on a Banning Streak. I could't run through St.louis wearing chiefs Gear, I would Probably shoot myself.
