How much water do you drink per day?
Since i quit caffeine cold turkey last spring, i have been steadily increasing my water consumption to assist in matters of general health and fitness. I am now drinking about 8 16 ounce bottles a day on average. While there is some downside to this as you might imagine, i have never felt better and my system is free of the toxins related to booze and soda.

I drink about that same amount GC. At least 4 quarts per day but more on the days that I lift weights.

I have recently made an effort to drink more water. I have been buying flavored waters at Aldi's (32oz for .59) buy the case.
I have been reading a book about Allied prisoners of war that were held by the Japanese during WWII. Can you imagine being placed in the hold of a ship, 110 degrees, and packed in with 400 other POWs? Then, imagine not being given any water by your captors for 12 days. In that time, some POWs would kill others for their canteen. Yet others would kill another prisoner and attempt to drink his blood. The next time you guys take a swig from that water bottle, think for a moment that perhaps that water you are holding shouldn't be taken for granted.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I drink about 3/4s of a gallon a day, Im not sure if that is good or not. But I love water

Not as much as I should, but I've been trying to drink more. My fridge is rather loaded with multiple sized bottles of Fiji water, which is the best bottled water on the planet if I do say so myself.

A couple of glasses at most on a regular day. A lot more if I am working out. I don't really like water unless I am thirsty.

I drink a minmum of 1/2 gal at work every day (the size of my water jug) plus the water I drink from the tap at home.
We get our water from a well and is btter than any bottled (stale?) water I've been given. I only buy water when travelling.

5+ 32 oz glasses a day and also never drink bottled unless travelling...why pay for something that comes from the tap for free?
