immortality vs. mind reading capacity

If you had a choice of immortality or living a normal life span and being able to read minds, which would you choose.

Remember the twilight zone episode on the 2000 year old man? Living forever may not be what you think it is. When would you want to stop aging. Think of your wives and kids growing old around you dying over and over again. Could be a lot of pain. Big difference living forever if you are doing so in an 80 year old mans body vs. a 40 year old vs a 20 year old.

Reading minds would sure give you some competitive advantages in life.

interesting topic i think.

ramming speed to all
