I've been saying that for seven years, and it hasn't happened yet.

Runners-up could include N. Korea / S. Korea and possibly Israel / Iran.

Doesn't really matter. Any nuclear exchange will escalate, and before you know it, only a couple of places in the south Pacific won't be glowing in the dark.
