After that last thread, I'd have to say the word satire is pretty polarizing.

By the way, what does satire mean anyway?
"I'm not going to hide my opinions. They're coming to you between 7000-4000 Angstroms for all the world to see. Oh yes, you will be enlightened."

Oh, that's a heck of a point. That would have to be one empty pole on the Pats end. Nice catch, Mike.

Congratulations AV you have beat Bernie 4-0. What is the fascination with Bernie anyway? Pound for pound you may be the all time champ at stirring people up. I am not sure that’s a good thing though.

The problem with this definition is that some people hide behind it. I am not saying that AR is, just that some do. They come out and make derogatory statements against people that don’t believe as they do. Again, not saying that AR is, just that some do. And then when some people come back and comment, people like that say that they were just being sarcastic.

Again, not saying that AR was doing that...

Oh, and I am just being <sarcastic>.

    This space for rent...

I could not agree more. Some people (Not Mods) are warning others that they could be kicked out of here for using the same type of satire once as what I have seen posted here several times over the last month. I am not saying its AR's satire. Do you think that it’s fair for one person to respond to several instances of satire with satire and then have some people jump him because to them the reversal of the satire is not funny? Even though their satire may have not been funny to others here.

If any of the Mods truly feel the same as the person that gave me the warning for satire. Then I would be more then happy to discuss this by private message.
