Lessee.. Mom's card and gift are in the mail, step-mom #1 card is in the mail, step-mom #2 I will see at Dad's this weekend, Warden's mom is no longer with us so that just means I need to do something for the Warden.

Other than that..... nothing special going on.

Since my mother passed away in 2001, I have to focus my efforts on making Tawn happy.

After Sami gets out of school on Friday, her 'boyfriend' (he's also 7) will be picking her up (courtesy of his mother) to take her for the weekend - she'll be home after church on Sunday. This means Sami will be spending Sunday with Tawn so I'm going to have a few hours this Friday night to treat her,

I'm planning a nice dinner, maybe a movie, nothing fancy. She'll get mad if I go crazy.

Mom's not one that's in to fashion, clothes, etc, and she's now a thousand miles away so I can no longer fix meals (and clean up after) - result being that card, flowers, etc feel kind of generic. I too often feel that whatever I dream up it's either just not for her of just not enough.

My Dad's birthday is on mother's day this year. That always cracks me up. No special plans for the day though, just going to make a call to them.

The wife has already made her Mothers Day request. She is going to have approx. 4 million yards of mulch delivered and has asked me if I would spread it around on the several beds we have in our yard. Which of course I agreed to.

I hope the hospital has internet access!!!!!
