A new me

Since I got married I can safely say I put on a few pounds from my college days of binge drinking and late night trips to the Chicken Hut, McDonalds etc... As I have got older (36) I starting noticing that things just don't work like they use to. So I decided that dropping a few pounds might be a good idea.

Since January 1st, I have lost 40lbs, and feel back to my old self. 40 was my goal by April 16th (my birthday). I am now going to ease back into the mainstream food and continue to watch what I eat until then. I am hoping now to hit 50 by the 16th.

Re: A new me

Good for you, Wraith! Forty pounds in two months? How is that even possible. What plan are you on? Does it allow for pizza and beer?

Re: A new me

Breakfast bar in the morning (140 cal)

Lunch is Campbell's cup of soup (90 cal)
Sandwich with Carl Budding meat, light mayo, light bread (120 cal)
raw veggies or veggie salad (broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers)
(must be under 300 cal.)

Supper
anything you would like just keep it Under 1000 calories. Try to stay in the 600 to 800 range.

That is it. Just be diligent.

Think I can make millions ;-)

No you can't make millions. Your plan is too simple. Good job Wraith. Keep it up.

Re: A new me

Great news for your heart in addition to your good looks. I guess that brings your highly chiseled TO like frame down to about 175 which goes nicely with your 6' 4" height and noted manute bol like wingspan. You are clearly now in shape for mini camp and ready to assist the squad with special teams

Can you post any before and after photos?

ramming speed to all
