Old School Summer Rock shows

Just bought tix for Def Leppard/Journey at the Verizon Ampitheater in San Antonio for July 28th. These guys rocked in their time but Joe Elliot of Def Leppard also wore leather and spandex. Hope he's grown out of them in more ways than one.

I was dragged to a Tesla/Skid Row show earlier this month and was actually surprised how tight Tesla sounded as well as how long they played. Then on the way out, met the band and got a picture. Not a bad night for the low expectations I had going in.

Speaking of Old School Rock. Anyone seen the Rock Star Super Nova show? Tommy Lee (Motley Crue), Jason Newsted (Metalica) and Gilbe Clarke (Guns-n-Roses) are putting together a band (Super Nova) and are looking for a lead singer.
