I haven't seen our friend Keenum post lately, so here is Randy's latest CarePage post:

A bit of a relapse here. A lot of pain and very weak. I'm depressed as hell. Sleeping all day. Feels like the end is near."
Sorry about the lack of updates, school has been keeping me busy these past several days.
Randy's been through these tough times before and pulled through, so if anyone can keep fighting back it's him. Really keep him and the family in your thoughts and prayers tonight guys.
Here's a fairly good update from Randy today:
Haven't been able to use feed tube due to adapter port has worn
out and no longer holds the male adaptor from feeder bag. Went and
saw a gastroenterologist yesterday to fix. He didn't have any in
his office, so I have to meet him at the outpatient clinic at the
hospital tomorrow to get it replaced. I haven't had any feeding for
a day and a half. No side effects from the chemo or not having
feeding so far. Feel good. My sleeping pattern though is all
screwed up from my relapse period though....
I'm surprised that he hasn't eaten in nearly two days and still says he feels good. Once again he's fought his way back. This man is THE definition of a warrior.
For all of you that shared photos when I asked, I put together a book and gave it to Randy. Thank you to all that responded. There are a lot of good times contained in that book.

Can't wait to look through it when I get there. He's in some serious pain the last week, but he's fighting through it as usual. I can only hope I could be half the man Randy is if I ever had to battle through something like this.
We head out tomorrow (afternoon, hopefully) to old El Paso....I hope we don't run into a great big hassle....AphaRam don't want no White Castle....BRM took the turkey and run...
We arrived yesterday and had a great Thanksgiving dinner with Randy, his wife Becky, Laurene (Randy's mom), and Bob (Randy's friend from the Navy). Laurene is really great and I really enjoyed meeting her. Bob is also great - he drove from Minnesota to be here for Thanksgiving. We all watched "The Expendables" to verify that Sylvester Stallone still cannot act (though his brother didn't do the music for the movie). We did see the Cowgirls get beat although the evil Patriots won (Tom Brady is the anti-Christ).
Randy is still getting around pretty well - (insert scoff at the doctor) and was ready to wrestle bears today.
We are going to check-out the Franklin Mountains tomorrow.
If any of you care to travel here, you can get a decent rate at the Ramada ($180 for three nights) for a suite. I think this place used to be a Candlewood Inn since it has a fridge, kitchen sink, stove, work desk, couch and chair, and king size bed.
Glad to hear everything went well!
Here is his carepages update today:
Thanksgiving went great. Had my Mom, my Navy buddy Bob from Minnesota, and Jack and Lynne from Oklahoma here. We all had a great time and visit. Wish they didn't have to leave. Looking forward to Josh, my buddy from Bakersfield, CA coming out soon. I will post pictures soon. I have to resize them and stuff. Back to regular chemo this week (wednesday). Yuck.
Randy has posted several pictures from Thanksgiving as well so be sure to check those out when you get a chance.
