rare, medium rare or well done
How do you like your steaks and burgers? Rare, medium rare or well done. Personally, i dont eat red meat more than once a year or so on average, but when i do, i like it rare.

Medium/well, which I define as moments before the red disappears.

Used to go for the rare...mooing when fork is inserted. Now medium rare works. You're killing me with all these food questions....it's all I need to jump start the appetite.

Re: rare, medium rare or well done
Again, is cannibalism included in the scope of this question?
medium well works for me on burgers, medium rare on a steak.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

medium well. No one can ever figure out what medium is...it always comes out bloody.

Medium for steaks. Well done (but not burnt) for burgers.

Rare/Medium Rare. As long as its not burnt or as long as there is not black looking charcol stuff I'm good.
