Remember this trick play??

I'm trying to remember this trick play i saw about 4 years ago give or take a year. I can't remember the teams playing but it was 4th and goal with the kicker on the field. However the whole offensive line just lined on the left side of the field, leaving the centre, a TE and the kicker. The ball was snaped to the kicker and he through an incomplete pass to the TE. Almost a TD. The whole time the defense didn't have a clue.

Can anyone remember this??? Something tells me it was the colts but i'm not sure. Either it happened or the pink elephant sat in the corner is lying....

I don't remember that game, but I remember a similar play were Kurt Warner started walking off the field like he was going to call a time out. The center then directly snapped the ball to Faulk. It caught the entire defense of guard. However, I can't remember if Faulk scored on the play or not?

I think that was the game winning play on The Longest Yard (Sandler version) too, wasn't it?

As to the Line Left/Right play, my alma mater sets up in that on EVERY extra point. Been doing it for nearly 20 years now, and I've seen it work twice. Normally, the defense simply lines up to match the kicking team's alignment, the line adjusts back to the standard kicking set-up and they kick the extra point.

However, on two occasions, the defense didn't. Once, the defense lined up as normal instead of adjusting. The center snapped to the holder who quickly threw the lateral to the HB behind the line at the hash mark who walked in for a two-pt. conversion. Another time, the defense matched the line on the hash, but left only one man over center. The center snapped, and the holder ran in untouched.
