Too early to mow

I have been working the night shift lately and get off at 8 am. I am just interesting in getting some opinions on what time is acceptable to mow my lawn? Is 9 am too early? I don't want to wake my neighbors. I live in a subdivision with neighbors all around and don't know the proper ettiquette.

10:00 when the grass is dry. Thats when I mow it.

yea mow it like 10 am.... Mow the grass on weekdays cause thats when everyone goes to work probably

Weekdays and Saturdays - 8 a.m.
Sundays - 10 a.m.

The bottom line....

Best to mow as early as possible or as late as possible. This will help promote better growth and not shock the grass from the heat of the day. I say forget the neighbors and do what is best for your yard ;-)

Me...I usually mow around 8:00 pm and start wateriing at 5:00am

Well my dad owns a lawn maitenance company and they start at 7 in the morning.

Thanks to everyone for their opinions. I don't want my 8 am lawn mowing to put me in the same boat as my one neighbor without a muffler on his truck who seems to think that it sounds good to floor it all hours of the day and night. I guess that subject could begin a whole other rant by me. LOL
