Wat would you Do?

i'm a freshmen at Clark High school in plano TX. I play football at the beginning of offseason i was told that i would be goig up to the senior high to work out with them and earn a spot. It has been about 2 months since offseasn started and things are going well at the plano east(the senior high).

Well to the point right now im am a 2nd string on JV and 3rd or 4th on Varsity. If i go back to play football for Clark next year i will be 1st string everything and the Star off teh team.

I am puzzled and dont kno wat to do.

What would you do if u where in my shoes?

Play where you enjoy your football the most. You've got some good opportunities.

Play where you can show your talent the most. But play as a team don't steal the show, play as a team likes games should be played.

No it doesn't make you a bad person. It makes you a Terrel Owens;) just kidding. Like I said don't take the show or as I call it "Don't go all TO on us!" . Play at Clark and get adapted to that level of play and then move up.

Wat would stealing the show be defined as? Cause if your the best player on the team you just about have no option but to steal the show.

Of course it doesn't, but I think football is a game to be played for enjoyment, so if it were me I'd play where I enjoyed it the most and where I was going to spend the most time on the field.

There's always time to move up later.

Something else to consider is what you have for future plans. If college football is one of your goals, then you need to see where you would receive better coaching.

If you do wish to play football in college, make sure and keep your grades up through school.

thats another thing thats makes the decision harder, play for the better coaches and dont be seen or be seen but play for not so good coaches

Do you think you are talented enough to play in college? or is this just for high school?

If you are just going to play in high school, and you like being the star player, than you should play at Clark. There is nothing wrong with it. Just remember to be a team player and have fun.

Football sure is big in Texas. :football:

I think by the time im a senior ill be good enough to play 1-AA or 1A but not a big college

I'm not entirely sure how it works in Texas, but will playing at Clark mean worse coaching and will it mean your less likely to get noticed by a college program?

I'd still probably go for time on the field and sheer enjoyment though.......................
