Sad to say......"The Way We Were" by Barbara Streisand.
Interestingly, tx's birthday song is Beethoven's 5th. Really, the dude is THAT old!

Yikes! My sympathies on your Babs birthday song HUb.
I'm assuming that tx's Beethoven birthday song is the disco version.
"The Battle of New Orleans" by Johnny Horton is mine. I've heard of "The City of New Orleans" by Arlo Guthrie, but the "Battle of New Orleans"?? I'll have to reseaerch this further.

My dad used to go around singing that song. You've never heard it?
In 1814 we took a little trip
along with Colonel Jackson down the mighty Mississip.
We packed a little bacon and we packed a little beans.
We fought the bloody British in a town called New Orleans......
Never heard that?

"Jack and Diane" by John Cougar
Which is unfortunate, because I'm really not a fan of John Cougar/Mellencamp/Cougar-Mellencamp.
