    What kind of internet are you on?

    What are you guys using .. Dial Up .. DSL .. Cable .. Other

    My dad has Cable so thats what I'm running on.

    DSL ... wouldn't mind going cable because its faster, but I got a good deal with my phone company on a package deal (DSL, phone service, long distance, cell). Plus, I have Direct TV for the NFL package, and don't want to switch back to cable for that reason.

    SBC DSL Pro. Did the cable thing for a while, got tired of prices going up every month, lousy customer service, a billing department that was messed up, oversold nodes, dropouts and synch issues, etc.

    Been with SBC for a year. Only had one speed issue (resolved in 2 days) and one billing issue (resolved in 2 days.). Speeds are more constant, service is better, and I have never been knocked offline but once when some idiot had a phone pole hit him head-on.
