What kind of steak??
What slab of beef is your favorite when talking about steaks. Mine would be a well trimmed Porterhouse with a Jack and Coke.

Filet mignon is my favorite one. They melt in your mouth.

Re: What kind of steak??
I do not have the sophistication to know the difference between a porterhouse and the other kinds of steak there is.
I know T-bone, round, and filet mignon and I like all of them. I like just about any slab of beef. Meat is good.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Re: What kind of steak??
I don't dare say tube steak. I've been here long enough to see how some of the minds work here!
When I bar-b-que I mostly opt for a Tri-Tip or Country style pork ribs.
I cannot remember the last time I had a steak in a restaurant in the States. When we visited England last year I ordered what was supposed to be a steak at a "steakhouse" in Picadilly Circus (cannot recall the name) and it tasted more like liver and was not very tender. Cost me about $40 USD for it too.

Anything big and tender and not too much fat....ribeye, NY, filet mignon, whatever...anything but ribs really.

I like a nice ribeye, and London broil is good too.
