I am right with you there Shifty. Smoking is one thing....but smoking around me that I can smell, taste or see or sticking up my clothes....not cool!!!

As a painting contractor, occasionally, after giving a bid for a project, the prospective client will inquire as to our hourly rates .. After being informed of our rates, said individual will then ask if we can do the job on an hourly basis not to exceed the bid price ... Sheesh! Talk about "heads I win - tails you lose." Needless to say I've never gone that route ...
