What Is Your Favorite Chinese Food?

Personally, I like sweet & sour chicken. Then again, I cannot pick one favorite dish. I like beef broccoli, lemon chicken, egg rolls, chicken chow mein, and all sorts of stuff.

What is your favorite Chine cuisine dish?

Re: What Is Your Favorite Chinese Food?

Yu Shiang Chicken, Pepper Steak, eggrolls with hot mustard, and crab rangoon.

Wing Wah Leong's Cashew Chicken is nice every now and then. (It is a dish created in 1964 in a restaurant here in Springfield, and is darn tasty!)

For those of you who have never heard the best song ever about Chinese food (no, it's not Sukyaki...that's Japanese anyway), here's something to check out:

The World's Greatest Chinese Food Song!

If I'm forced to eat Chinese food then the pepper steak is fine.

Re: What Is Your Favorite Chinese Food?

I am not impressed with any of it, and will only go for my wife. If I must go, about the only thing I eat are egg roles, them pieces of chicken on the long sticks (rat on a stick). And sweet and sour chicken with no rice. FOr desert them light cake buns rolled in sugar.

Re: What Is Your Favorite Chinese Food?

I'm partial to lo mein, and I also like egg drop soup and spare ribs.

But, as far as Asian cuisine goes, I prefer Thai food over Chinese.

Re: What Is Your Favorite Chinese Food?

Extra spicy General's chicken with a bowl of egg drop. Yummmmm, yum!

And as my Ozark brethren, Sam & Sarge, have already mentioned, here in the Ozarks we got us a dish called Cashew Chicken which is pretty scrumptious as well.

Man, I'm getting hungry.

Spicy orange chicken w/ fried rice or chicken lo mein.

My wife does make an excellent Cashew chicken, but let us not forget the egg rolls.

Re: What Is Your Favorite Chinese Food?

Thanks Alpha, now I have to have Chinese for dinner, you got my stomach craving it.

I too like it all, but some of the best Chinese food I had was in Singapore.
It was better than what I had in Hong Kong.

The best Chinese food I've ever had was from Chin's, in Las Vegas. Strawberry chicken. It was perfect. Expensive too. But of all the Chinese food I've eaten, both in and out of America, Chin's was the best. That being said, I've never been to China, so...
