What's your ClanRam Warrior rating?
You all are aware of the quarterback rating system utilized by the NFL. Well, we have a similar rating system here on ClanRam. There are three factors that are tracked for each member. Those are number of posts, reputation given by fellow members, and badges earned (those gold or green squares under your reputation).
To obtain your Warrior rating, divide the number of posts by your rep points and then multiply the results by the number of badges you have. How do you rate?
Re: What's your ClanRam Warrior rating?
LOL....do you sit around and think this crap up!!! TOO FUNNY!
And them gold/green badges are "LOVE BUTTONS".
Mine came out to be 1857. Is that good??
Re: What's your ClanRam Warrior rating?
Actually, I lay on a bear skin rug in front of a roaring fire thinking this crap up!
Your rating is what it is. In theory, it determines the average value of your posts. Someone can have a lot of posts, but their substance are such that they rarely get noticed or acknowledged. Then again, there are those that have fewer posts than others with similar number of rep points and "love buttons". It's patterned after the E=MC2 formula, or as in golf, the lower the number, the better.
By the way...you must have at least 5 badges to qualify for rating (that's why they change color after 5). This is all in the handbook.
Re: What's your ClanRam Warrior rating?
Mine is 747.15384615384615384615384615385. And I thought Dez didn't like love buttons...
Re: What's your ClanRam Warrior rating?
Ok, so I come out at 893.64.
Now correct me if I'm wrong, but if you're dividing by rep points, doesn't that mean the more reputable you are, the lower your score will be?
Re: What's your ClanRam Warrior rating?
Hmm. This is turning out to be as complicated as the QB rating system.:D
Divide posts by rep points or rep power? It looks like there is a little of both going on here.
Re: What's your ClanRam Warrior rating?
Here is a variable not considered Rainman.
Date joined and the length of ones membership. Is there an algorithm for that?? *LOL*
Or how about the person that reps the same person over and over again. You know like when moklerman gives love to Avenger again and again and again *LOL**LOL**LOL*....sorry couldnt resist!!

Re: What's your ClanRam Warrior rating?
How did I end up with a negative number...?
Let me try this again...

Yay...what do I win?
Re: What's your ClanRam Warrior rating?
734.96 this means I need to post more or just better stuff?

Yes, but why muddle this thread with logic?
Re: What's your ClanRam Warrior rating?
Now, am I supposed to subtract line 46 from line 43, then if I paid more tax than is shown on line 46, I am to fill in the amount I wish to be refunded to me minus $3 for the presidential election fund? And is the standard deduction still E=mc2?
Re: What's your ClanRam Warrior rating?
I know logic is out of the question and all, but what happens when say...(like me) you have a rep points net value of zero?
Simple mathemetics will teach you that you cannot divide by zero, and thus, I cannot truly calculate my actual ClanRam Warrior Rating. If this is true, than does this imply that I am not a ClanRam Warrior, or that a new system is needed? *cough* like the BCS *cough*

moklerman IS AvengerRam. He's been giving rep back and forth between his two login names for years so everyone would think he's popular!
:D
My warrior rating is 469 and AR's is 1874. Who has the quoin?
Re: What's your ClanRam Warrior rating?
I understimated the lunacy of this thread.
