I really like dry cayenne pepper. Here's a use for it you may have never thought of...

Take a pinch of cayenne pepper and add it to... a cup of hot chocolate.

That's right... spicy hot chocolate (its actually based upon an Mayan recipe).

I know I'm probably the only one, but I don't like hot sauce at all. I never really understood eating something that sets your mouth on fire for hours after. I just don't get it.

I put hot sauce on just about everything but I've never done the hot chocolate thingee and don't think I ever will. That's just not right!!! Some things need to be kept seperate. But then again, I know me, so ya never know!!!

Why is that a good thing? I know I'm way in the minority since I don't like any type of hot sauce. I can't grasp the concept of setting your mouth on fire while eating. LOL
