What's your favorite style of food?
I'm bored right now, and just ate some fantastic brisket from Rudy's here in Austin and was thinking to myself "self, if you could only eat one style of food the rest of your life, what would it be?"
Definately BBQ. Now, Italian is very very close, and cajun is very dear to my heart.....but BBQ has to win. Put a slab of ribs on the smoker about 6Pm the night before the Rams kickoff at noon.....place some ears of corn inside the smoker and have a cooler of beer iced down next to it.....
makes your tongue slap your brains out just thinking about it.

Personally, I would love to have the job of being a BBQ critic.
BigRedMan asked me to post his answer - he said cannibalism.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Re: What's your favorite style of food?
I'd have to go with Italian, assuming that would include pizza, pasta, veal marsala, chiopino, mozarella caprise, lasagna, eggplant parmesan...
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Re: What's your favorite style of food?
BBQ or Italian.
I was a manager at a nice mexican restaurant for 7 years and I did it it twice a day, 6 days a week. I really, really like mexican food but if not for the hamburgers and chicken strips on the kids menu to mix in there or the steak and grilled shrimp, no way could I have made it. Thre meals a day for the rest of my life? No thanks.
