All time most heinous criminal actually convicted and executed?
Runner ups-Nikolaii checkeskau (sp?) in romania, the czar in russia (depending on your perspective), herman goerring.
All Time Winner Adolph Eichmann. At least materially responsible for the deaths of about 2 million people, the architect of the system for sending people to the gas chambers.

Technically, Dahmer wasn't executed...at least not by the state.

While certainly a major mass murderer, i cant compare guys that killed 30-50 people to adolph eichman.
