My vote is for the first home game. Dez thought that would make it easier for MOST of us to plan for it.
Last year Alpha told me the number & I picked up the tics. Was reimbursed the night of the dinner at Jake's. In years past we could get a special rate at the Drury for a block of 10 rooms. They have a prertty good free breakfast & the walk to the dome is more of a leisurely half block stroll. Since we have a season valet parking spot there I've no doubt we will again be there. ramgram

I'm trying to get my uncle in Washington (his name is Sam) to listen to some reason. If I can persuade him that I am just a poor soul, then we might be able to make it, but since the girls have school early on Monday morning, I still have doubts.
It seems like there were more than three members that voted for the opening game - make sure you post in the RSVP thread to reserve your tickets.
Let me know where everyone is staying please and maybe we can get a nice deal on a block of rooms as posted earlier....I am taking my gf, so we only need a single bed room, but would love to book it in advance and know exactly where to go

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn - they have a good complimentary breakfast.
Although not attending the Bash this year, we are thinking about Lumiere Place when we do go.
The Rams players stay at the Drury Inn. I believe they stay there because Dez stays there - they like to be seen in good company.

That Lumiere hotel looks amazing! I think we will be at holiday express or mayfair wyndham though....have stayed at mayfair and its very nice for the money
