Cameras at the EJD

The Rams site indicates that cameras are allowed, but not if they take video.

My digital has a function that enables it to take short (a few seconds) mpegs.

Does anyone have any experience with the way they check for this and whether they would likely prevent me from bringing in my camera?

You won't have a problem as long as it doesn't "look" like a video camera.

I took my camera in last year for the titans game and had no problem getting in. I just showed it to the security at the gate. Had to get some shots of the Dome and those that had staggered out of Jakes the night before, after drinking large shots of whiskey. Many large shots !!!! We still owe you for that one AV. Gald I could help though. HICCUP !!!!!!!!

Well... one thing's for certain...

I won't be bringing any whiskey on the plane (unless I can find one in a non-liquid form). Guess I'll have to find a liquor store on Saturday in St. Louis!

I was able to bring in my camera which also takes short movies inside the last time. I seriously doubt they will check specifically for that function.

I have a feeling that RUM will be the official shot of the 2006 Bash.

Note to self, please eat before the Bash this year. A good base is the key to many large shots, that keep finding their way next to my beer !!!!!

I lost track of the toasts last year .........
