Irish Fan Heading To Browns Match
Hey all, just discovered this site, liking the look of it so far! Anyway, as the title of the post suggests, I'm an Irish Rams fan and I'm finally heading over to see my beloved Rams in October for the Browns game. Just wondering if there is anything that happens on gameday that would be worth my checking out? This being my first live game experience I don't really know what's going on

Re: Irish Fan Heading To Browns Match
Well mental, ....you have picked the right game. The official bash is that weekend and you can get together with other people from this board. Did you get tickets to the game already?
Dublin eh, there must be a story behind you becoming a Rams fan.
Welcome to the clan .....

Re: Irish Fan Heading To Browns Match
Yeah, myself and my brother and father have our tickets ready for collection at the dome for that game! I'm so excited it's unbelievable! My dad doesn't really follow football but my brother and I are HUGE into it, I'm obviuslly a Rams fan, my brother is a Steelers fan but also really likes the Rams(plus for that game we're playin a divisional rival of his so he's practically a reall Rams fan for it!)! We both play for a team here in Dublin(we have an irish football league by the way), so if I can pick up anything football related that'd be fantstic too! But I'll probably be too overwhelmed and excited to care to be honest!
Unfortunately I don't have an interesting story behind why I follow the Rams, was visiting family friends in San Fransisco(boooo!) and was introduced to Madden there, I picked the Rams because I liked the logo, then I discovered the explosive offence and I was hooked!! Sigh....I love the Rams.....
And this bash sounds like great craic! What's the story with it then??Last edited by MentalMetalHead; -08-23-2007 at 07:11 PM.

Re: Irish Fan Heading To Browns Match
My brother is a Steeler fan also.....I don't know why, he just is. Lots of people fall for the horns....that is pretty normal reason for liking the Rams.
I see you found the other thread about the Bash. We will spend more time planning as it gets closer. You'll have fun meeting total strangers for a Rams game.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I bet Jessie Jackson or the Reverend Al Sharpton would fight for you, maybe you should give their office a call. Just lok the number up in the yellow pages, it should be listed under Scam Artist. If that doesn't work I guarantee the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Celtic People) will come to bat for you. I wish you the best. Fight the power my brotha!
