Looks as though the Green Man is the one to go to - they host a Tailgating party on Saturday night and all day Sunday!!
The pub has some bad reviews on TripAdvisor but looks ok for pre match drinks etc

Just had an email from Wembley touting ticket for the game v Pats although it looks like only Hospitality packages are still available.
Saturday meet up is Trafalgar Square from 1400 for the Fan Rally and the official Tailgate party will be in the Green Car Park at Wembley from 1100 - 1530

The St Louis Rams are due to play the New England Patriots on Sunday October 28 at 5pm. The contest marks the first time in team history that the Rams will play a regular season game outside of the United States. The Patriots, who finished runners-up in Super Bowl XLVI, currently rank as the most popular team among NFL fans in the UK. New England defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in London in 2009.
Demand for tickets to this game has been tremendous, with only hospitality packages currently on sale. Keep looking out for more ticketing information on this page as more tickets will be released as the teams continue to return tickets from their allocation. The build-up to the match begins at noon on Saturday October 27 in Trafalgar Square with the Fan Rally. This free event has previously seen crowds of over 40,000 people enjoying a spectacular event in the heart of London.
The Fan Rally will be hosted by Sky Sports' Neil Reynolds and ESPN's Ross Tucker. This year, they will be joined by players and coaching staff from both the Rams and the Patriots, Cheerleaders from both teams, NFL legends, the NFL Commissioner, top musical acts, NFL Drumlines and mascots from both teams. Get there early as both teams will be on stage before 2pm and make sure you wear your jersey!
If you're lucky enough to have a ticket to the game make sure you visit to the Tailgate Party before the match. Beginning at 11am in Wembley's Green car park, this is the place to fully prepare for the game. Attractions include:
• A full stage show featuring players and NFL TV talent.
• Fantastic prizes and giveaways.
• Seating and large areas to hang out with fellow fans.
• 20 of the best American food outlets serving everything from Pulled Pork to Pound Cake.
• Merchandise with the NFL's biggest and best shop to date featuring products from our two new partners, Nike and New Era
• Autograph opportunities presented by Game Pass.
The Tailgate Party will close at 4pm and entry will not be allowed after 3.30pm. You cannot enter if you do not have a gameday ticket.
Anyone heading to the fan rally in Trafalgar Square on the Saturday afternoon? Former Rams players will be there, it runs from midday until 5.

Green Man is pretty good, though outside gets a bid squidgy if it rains at any point, and it always seems to on Wembley NFL days. Maybe we could contact the place and secure a corner or table or summat, they have merchandise tents and get amateur UK teams to have a presence, so why not a designated ClanRam bash point?
Might be a bit late to secure something like that but possibly worth a go.
I get into Kings Cross at 1244 and am hoping to be up at the Satdaium for about 1400, as it is my first NFL International and first live Rams game I am hoping to soak up some atmosphere around the Stadium and possibly grab some merchandise at the same time as a decent feed, this Yorkshireman better break out his credit card to accomodate those London prices!!
Might get the opportunity to get across to the Green Man but can't guarantee it - will be better organised next time
we need to make a decision it's less than 2 weeks. The green man sounds good to me I think the ace cafe is too far away Dez another alternate would be if we could meet at one of the hotels where someone is staying
Green Man is always good before the game (much better then the tailgate in my opinion) and the fan rally on the Saturday is usually very good as well. I'll be at both of them and probably show my face at the tailgate prior to KO. In London from Friday to Sunday stopping by Euston station
Myself and lis will be at the tailgate saturday, we will have our >MAJOR< named jerseys on so look out for us!!!!!

wwell I will be with my wife and some friends from Scotland and they want to go to the tailgate at the stadium :( so that looks like where we are going. Might get to the green man on the Saturday evening if thats still on?
