MiniBash Tell All Thread: Rams vs Whiners

We all met up Saturday at The Feisty Bulldog (TFB) for dinner, making new friends, and greeting old friends. MaineRam coordinated this event and I appreciate his work to put it together.

Despite the loss by our Rams, many of us got together again after the game at TFB and chatted with Barry for a couple of hours. Thanks to Barry for sharing his insights and experiences. Unfortunately, Barry left before he could enjoy the company of a mystery guest that joined the group. I'll leave it to some of the other participants to introduce this colorful personality....

Don't get excited everyone. The fruit basket in question was apparently a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys some time around the American civil war. This classy lady impressed us all as she compared sex with her husband to sex with her lover asking anyone who listened what we thought she should do!

As this is a family forum that entertains all ages, I'll refrain from the obvious comments at this point and also how we ended up with her company in the first place - thank you Liz and Coriinne!

Yeah, my best friend alright! It was Liz that was keeping her around. I have no tolerance for Cowpuke fans or alleged Cheerleader Alternates. I have, however, come to the conclusion that should I have punched the bar fly in the face, it would have been a sight none of us would have been able to deal with. Just imagine the 3 inch thick plaster falling from that already horrid looking face.

Julian was a true wingman as he sacraficed himself so the rest of us could get away. I guess the 'ol gal wasn't lying about cheering for the Cowboys - she just didn't specify which ones.

First, thanks for those who came out on Saturday night for my first time coordinating any type of get together from 1300 miles away. Nice place, nice staff, and great friends made it an excellent night. ( too bad Barry was downstairs and didn't know we were mere feet away ). The free entertainment was classic after the game, I'll plan something a bit better than that next time, but it was SHORT NOTICE. My first choice, a true redneck from Maine, was having his tooth cleaned and couldn't make it.

Hope to see all next year when this tribe of Clansman converge on St. Louis.

My deep appreciation goes to maineram for coordinating this event. I had fun despite suffering through having kidney stone pain and a minor flare-up of my lupus. I guess that shows how maineram can throw a minibash!

You couldn't have choreographed the evening entertainment (after Barry left) if you had tried. Heck, I didn't know that Texas, Arkansas and Tennessee comprised such a region of football. I came away entertained and informed!

Perhaps I need to make a barfly custom figure to commemorate the evnt?

Great Mini Bash. I loved it. Coming from California was excellent. Ramgram and Bob were great. Rampower also.
I cannot wait for the next MiniBash.
