9:20 a.m.: Arrive in St. Louis

9:25 a.m.: Purchase overpriced toothpaste and shampoo (items now banned on airlines)

10:00 a.m.: Drop off bag at Embassy Suites

10:45 a.m.: Meeting at Rams Park with Samir Suleiman to discuss plans for this year.

12:00 p.m.: Lunch/Calendar Photo Shoot with Rams Cheerleading Squad

2:00 p.m.: Find store to purchase as many Ram items as I can carry

2:30 p.m.: Tour EJD (hopefully). Demonstrate once and for all that I have the Clan's best 40 time.

4:00 p.m.: Find liquor store and purchase bottle of something good!

5:30 p.m.: BASH Dinner at Hannegan's

7:00 p.m.: Have BigRedMan paged to answer "telephone call." Steal half of his baby-backs. Blame MaineRam.

8:30 p.m.: Ready to explode from consumption of food and beverages.

1:00 a.m.: Lights out! (Gotta rest up for the big game!)

9:00 a.m.: Wake-up and put on Rams gear.

11:00 a.m.: Tailgating?

12:00 p.m.: Kickoff!

12:04 p.m.: Rams take the lead!

3:30 p.m.: Rams win!

6:15 p.m.: Fly home, basking in the glow of the BASH!!!

That's a little late; these guys (tailgaters) start around 7. The lot next to Embassy Suites is usually filled with smoking BBQ's by 8.

By the way I'm staying at the Suites as well. We will have to take advantage of the free happy hour.

I did, but then I got a better room at the Embassy Suites for the same price. Both are a stone's throw from the festivities.

All Embassy Suites have a Manager's reception where they serve drinks (limited bar) and have a few hors d'oeuvres for their guests for a couple of hours each night. I understand the Drury has the same thing (kind of).

Well we are scheduled to land in St Louis at 1630 so if everything goes to plan (ha) we should be at the Drury Inn for 1730. Give us time for a wash up so should be in the Flips for 1731 .............

Itinerary:
Friday-After work, eat dinner then drive to airport hotel in Sacramento and check in.
Saturday-Get up 3AM, shower, drink some coffee, and checkout. Go to terminal across the street by 4 AM to check bags and go through security, flight leaves at 6 AM. Arrive Denver, transfer flight to St. Louis, arrive St. Louis at 1:30 PM (if flight is on time which is wishful thinking these days). Grab my bags, grab a taxi and high tail it to Drury Inn. Arrive Drury Inn around 2 to 2:30 hopefully and check in. Quick hand toweling, change into my kilt outfit, and check to see where UtterBlitz is at (she is supposed to call me on my cell). Possibly meet up with other ClanRam riffraff in lobby bar, then go to dinner with UtterBlitz as my guest and I as her wingman. Make a pig out of myself at the dinner, buy everyone a round, then off to what ever whim may take ahold of us. Back to the hotel at "whatever" AM, hopefully still in possession of my wallet and dignity (too much to ask for). Grab some shut eye, and meet the gang at whatever time and place we set the night before (of course no one will either remember or blow off due to hangover), troll around all the tailgaters bragging the ClanRam website. Gametime....Nachos and beer with AlphaRam....then another beer.....then another beer, bathroom break, then kickoff. Yelling my ass off until I have no voice. Rams win. Hugging everybody, including security who are dragging me away because I've simply have had enough (just kidding......kind of). Singing with me ClanRam buddies as we exit the stadium (RamDez was kind enough to bail me out of the stadium lock up). We hit the casino boats, party like its 1999, and somehow I end up back at my hotel suite, and when I wake up (Monday), there's 20 other people lying everywhere. After politely thanking everyone for seeing me home, I bid them farewell...look at my bloodshot eyes in the bathroom mirror with a grin on my face. I shower, grab some coffee and toast....check out....head for the airport at 11AM...take off at 2PM to Denver then onto Sacramento arriving at 7PM. Arrive home around 8:30PM to see my 15 year old son who's just undergone hernia surgery that very afternoon. Kiss the wife, and head for bed.

Lol BRM. I plan on driving to St. Louis from Bowling Green, KY at around 10 am. I am bringing 2 friends with me who are die-hard Rams fans. We should be in the Lou by 3 pm to check in at the Drury and drink a beer or two before walking to Hannegans. We have a fourth Rams fan meeting us at the hotel who will accompany us to the dinner. At the dinner, we will continue drinking and scarfing down a nice steak dinner. The Ohio St. vs. Texas game is at 7 pm, so hopefully it will be on at the restaurant. Anyone know if there are any tv sets at Hannegans that will be showing that game? Sorry, I have never been to that restaurant. From there, my plans are just like BRM's to party all evening, then tailgate Sunday before the big opening game win.
