The guy who had this up for bid on eBay gave Dez a couple of names of people who work for the Dome that allegedly authorized this certificate to be good in 2008 (originally it was for 2007). I contacted them for Dez, and only one returned my calls, and he never heard of it. So Dez is going to double check with his contacts with the Rams. Stay tuned.
I hope Dez didn't get screwed on this,thanks for the update BRM.
