    This new auction is the original winner reselling the certificate? I'd find out if it is even transferable before bidding much on that.

    All the auction says is:
    "Winner bidder receives one hour of turf time for 20 friends at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis. Certificate must be used during calendar year 2008. This offer includes lunch for 20 catered by The Pasta House Company. Not sure of the menu. My friend works at the Dome and he granted the extension for all of 2008. I have the original certificate along with names and phone numbers of your contacts at the Dome and Pasta House. Just call them to find an agreeable date. I won this at a charity auction and am unable to use it. I will send it to you overnight. NO RESERVE! This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity.

    Who is his friend and how can his friend authorize something like this? Seems pretty sketchy to me with the limited details given.

    I put a $100.00 bid in to see what happens (see if this is a legit posting). I will keep bidding on this on behalf of the ClanRam (within a reasonable expectation of getting Clanners to share in the cost, at a $1000.00 I will get nervous). I will keep everyone posted here.
