RAMS vs Chargers

I am planning on making the trip. My brother-in-law (a Bolts fan) has a brother in SD in charge of getting tickets.

Currently my Dad (Bolts) and a brother(Rams) are onboard also.

Looking forward to the game but not the trip, about 5 hrs each way.

RamsandDodgers, have you thought about the train? They have a trolly deal from the Chargers through Amtrak that will take you right to the stadium. I went Saturday for the Packers Chargers game and I was in traffic for 3.5 hours to go 108 miles! I already have tickets for the train for this game!!

I will be there with a group and I might have tickets if anyone needs any!

I think Im going with a large group mostly Rams fans a couple of Bolts. I know as a fact though me my dad and our girlfriends will be there.

Oh man, I was just on the Chargers internet site looking for tickets, but none were available. Not even the $59 nose-bleed seats!

Is there somewhere else I can get them without paying through the nose? I'm looking for 4 tickets. But I would take two if that's all I can find.

Yes, it would be fun to join up with a group of fellow Rammies, amoungst a sea of Charger Bolt fans.

First of all, great name! Secondly, the only face value seats you will find at $54 are the total nose bleed at the very top of the stadium (I think known as Upper View Level). I have a large block of tickets at $74 a piece in the view level, which isn't much better at that price, but it was the next lowest prices. I'll know more in a week or so how many more extra will be availible if your still interested.

One more question, where in HB are you? I am near Bushard and Garfield.

I hadn't even thought of the train... sounds like a viable option especially since we have a station locally.

Ok, good to see there will be a Clan presence there. MoonJoe, if you have two extra tix, please let me know, I would like to sit next to some die hard Ram fans. I got a good buddy flying in for the game.

The train and trolley are highly recommended, the parking at the Murph, err. the Q is terrible. If you plan on driving, I recommend parking at a near by trolley station, no charge, and taking the trolley which is $4 I believe.

As for tix; Stub Hub .com is a good place to go, but they are pretty pricey. I've been waiting on some co-works who have season tix to see if they will have any extra, but would rather sit in the Ucker seats with my fellow Ram brother-en.

Lets see if we can all meet either before the game or after.

Well, while it was a god thought, the available tickets are unreasable in both days/times and price... the only thing that might have been nice is catching a nap enroute.

Hope I don't have to settle for seeing all y'all on the TV!

So I have RamFanRaiderHater, Vegas Ram, Ramman68 and maybe RamDodgers who would be interested in tickets. I will know a little more by tomorrow on what I will have. My son and I will be leaving Santa Ana that morning at 9:30 and will get to Old Towne somewhere around 11ish (I believe) so we should have time before the game to get together. The trolley was $3.50 when I picked it up two stops away and was definitely worth it. The Amtrak deal I got covers the trolley, so if you do take the train, check the Chargers site for their discount code.

This should be fun, I met Dez and the gang last year in Frisco and look forward to the bash and now San Diego, how cool!
