Hello Everyone

Hi evertybody,
i'd like to introduce myself, i'm from portugal and i've been a Rams fan since 2001 when the Rams lost the Superbowl to the Patriots. I've been in to football since 1999 when i saw Oliver Stone's Any Given Sunday, but only caught up with the NFL in 2001, because there's no football game broadcasting around here, except for the superbowl, since soccer is the main sport around here.
Since 2001 i've been following the Rams through the internet and i've become a pioneer of football in Portugal beeing one of the founders of the first club in Lisbon (our capital city), where i play SS with #31 (that sounds familiar

).
I usually followed the Rams through the official site and the nfl's site, but due to the recent shortage of information, the ending of Nick's Notes and the lack of fresh news, made me found ClanRam in search for what is missing from the site, and through my first readings i have found it.
I'm sure i'll have a great time chatting with you.

No I'm not a Iowa Hawkeyes fan, this nick name was choosen well before i started into football, it's related with my other passion and job, the aviation, in this case with one of my favorite planes, the E-2C Hawkeye, and from some time now it has always been my nickname.
Only recently, about 3 years ago, i found out that there is a college football team called the Iowa Hawkeyes, i can't say i don't have some sympathy for them, but only because of the name. It's pretty hard for me to watch NFL games, not to mention NCAA ones. In fact i don't know much in respect of the NCAA teams except for what is said around draft day, which ones are "power houses" when it concerns to football, that kind of things, but i haven't got any favorites.
