quick question

i have asked a few people about this and they told me what to do, but im still confused. I want to put a signature with all my post, but cant find it. I have been told its in my contol panel but i look and all i say is change avatar, edit profile and 3 other things. I was curious am I able to put a signature, or do i have to be a premium member or something. Please anyone who can help me please do. I feel so stupid. thanks. GO RAMS:l
