Cardinals | New stadium a sellout
Cardinals | New stadium a sellout
Thu, 4 May 2006 17:18:30 -0700
The Arizona Cardinals have announced that season tickets for the 2006 season at Cardinals Stadium have completely sold out.
I wish but seriously doubt the Edward Jones Dome will sell out.

Re: Cardinals | New stadium a sellout
Well that's just great. Looks like I'll be paying a premium to watch the Cardinals play the Rams this year. And to think I was looking forward to the new stadium.

Dont worry mike, if they lose early in the season, there will be thousands of fans disguised as empty seats at the game.

Re: Cardinals | New stadium a sellout
I think the Cardinals will be OK this season, they won't be too good until a few years atleast 3 years personally, or maybe they'll be great, who the heck knows

Every Rams home game since the move to St. Louis has been sold out. Every single one.

Maybe I'm not reading this right, but aren't there tickets held back for single game tickets. That is to say, "season tickets" may be sold out, but there is probably still several single game tickets left for purchase.

3,000 single game tickets per game are being made available. Season ticket holders have the first chance to buy them, then there is a waiting list that requires a $200 non-refundable deposit per seat that puts you on the list for single game AND season tickets, whether you want season tickets or not.
Apparently, the Cardinals wanted to make it as difficult as possible for opposing fans and brokers to get tickets.

I don't think so. Especially last year. It was really quiet.

I repeat myself.....every single game has been sold out since the move to St. Louis. There are probably some no-shows, but every seat has been sold for every game.

True. But I like many others prefer that the capacity crowd cheers.
