I'm going to start a Franchise on either of these, what do I do?

Madden NFL 2006 Franchise with St. Louis
MVP Baseball 2006: NCAA Baseball Dynast with Iowa Hawkeyes
NBA Live 2006 dynasty with Los Angeles Lakers
NCAA Football 2006 Dynast with Iowa Hawkeyes

I'm going to do one of those and keep track of everything and stuff. Pick one for me please!

Madden 07 and NCAA 07 come out in August I think... go with NBA Live
