  • What non-sports websites do you visit?

I know... this is not really a music or movie topic, but it doesn't fit anywhere else really.

What non-sports websites do you visit? (I your answer is a site with XXX in the name, I don't want to know!)

I am a fan of www.homestarrunner.com, and I also like the "Foamy the Squirrel" toon on www.illwillpress.com.

I also like some of the free flash games on the web. There's a good mini golf one, and I'm also semi-addicted to an archery game called bowman. You can find them by doing a google search of "free flash games."

Any others (again, keep it clean) that are worth a visit?

While I don't visit these websites on a regular basis they are some that I find interesting.

In no particular order of preference:

      http://www.fairtax.org

      http://paynoincometax.com

      http://www.freerepublic.com/forum/a388c6b522646.htm

      P.S.
I usually visit these sites every year on April 15th right after I send my check made payable to the United States Treasury.....mutter.....mutter.

When close to 50% of nearly every American workers hard earned wages goes to some form of tax, it is quite obvious that they are everywhere. It's just too bad they have to hide in the weeds to collect. If they had to actually stand in line with a person and demand the 50%, the moment a person cashed their paycheck, maybe more American citizens would stand up to them.

Hey Wraith, what card games do you play at Yahoo? I play cards(mostly spades) at the MSN gaming zone, which in my opinion, is a much better site for card games.

Well try it out and try some spades as well. If you get good enough at spades I'll take little pleasure in kicking your butt.

                        A dentist visit
                        by RamWraith
OK...I got a good story for you all

I have had a very stressful week in anticipation for my first trip to the dentist is 22 years. Yes, that's right, 22 years. Some of you know that I have a little complex about people being in my personal space. Needless to say a dentist trip is not a pleasant thing for me. Also, during this 22 year span I used to use chewing tobacco for 20 of it. Now, don't get me wrong, I still have nice looking teeth that are still fairly white and up until this point I have not had a cavity. As well as also having all my wisdom teeth with no troubles (knock on wood).

Well, to make a long story short. A couple of months ago I started getting a very painful tooth on my top and bottom left side, and it was beginning to interfere with my steak chewing, and that's not a good thing for this guy. Well, after several weeks on hemming and hawing my wife finally talked me into making an appointment. Today, that appointment came. The sweet doctor was so kind to give me valium (good ****). And after several (16) x-rays and a complete dental exam, I still don't have any cavities. Come to find out I switched to the Crest flavored (lemon) toothpaste that apparently has a lot of enzymes in it that can create pockets of sensitivity.

Needless to say after working myself all up for nothing. It turned out to be a great trip. I am going back in 2 weeks for a full cleaning. Pretty cool huh!

Why not bring Odem in for a visit?
                        by STLRams73
The Rams haven't appeared to show any interest in free agent DE's. Granted, the crop of free agents is weak, but they made no effort to go after Justin Smith. Canty is a RFA so why not go after Odem, or for a little cheaper, go after his teammate, Travis LeBoy? Is this a sign that we are taking Chris Long #2? We have subtracted from this position (J Hall) this offseason and have done nothing to improve it.
