Unfortunately I can't this year . I've been driving out to see the Rams from Redlands,Calif. since 2001. @ a 4 to 5 hr. drive. I see you are from New Mexico, how long is your drive. We had loads of fun when you would see 65% Rams fans to 35% Cardinal fans during the Jake the Snake years at Tempe Stadium. If you go have a great time no matter what.

Lol Ya i hear ya. I live in Las Cruces NM so takes about 6 hours to get there and I've been going since 2004 Since the Sun Devil stadium days with the huge $5 beers lol YES! loved the amount of Rams fans in the stadium... Altho since last season the Cardinals are finally building a loyal fan base and creating excitement i'm sure this year will be about 60% cards 40% our fans this year but well see.. I'm so excited

I'm jealous cause I was offered two awesome seats by someone I work with but because of work schedule I talked an ER nurse into buying the tickets for her Husband for XMAS becoz she tells me he is a Ram Fan who has never been to a game to see them live. Remember the game that Warner didn't call a time out and his offensive lineman moved with less that 7 seconds in the game on the 5 yard line. Automatic running off of 10 seconds to end the game. FORGOT ABOUT THOSE HUGE BEERS!!! MAYBE NEXT YEAR. HAVE A GREAT TIME.

We shall plan this next year!

I wanted to go, but I had to pay for my tuition! It cost a few thousand pretty pennies.

Lets keep in contact, make the game next year!

My Random Observations on the Game
                by MoonJoe
Well I was at the game and it was as ugly in person as I'm sure as it was on TV, so here goes:

You can't be a serious contender if you start the game with a pick 6 from your 20 on your first drive.

The Refs lost control of the game early.

The Refs, I suspect, are Panther fans.

Schottie needs to go. I cannot for the life of me understand his play calling at the end of the half.

I haven't seen such rude football fans since I used to go to Raiders games in LA. I had a pretty looking blond woman behind me in her 30's dropping more F-bombs than a drunken sailor at the Rams and their fans. She must have had at least a six pack in her and was trashy as they come.

I don't know if they showed it or not, but a Panthers fan also launched something at Long while he was being escorted off the field.

Several Panther players were taunting and the refs never called it.

They announced a sell out, but there were a lot of empty seats.

There were also a lot of Rams fans there, I was pretty surprised.

Sam can't always throw well and our receivers can't catch either (I know, way to point out the obvious!).

Clemens is small, I don't know how he sees over the line.

I actually watched Sam try to pump up the O line, I was impressed there too.

The Panthers stadium workers play and interesting trick. They do the T-shirt give away (throwing them into the stands) coincidentally only while the visiting team has a third down situation near the redzone. This gets everyone up yelling, especially the normally distracted kids. It makes it look pretty convincing that all fans are into the game.

It is always hard to win when you turn the ball over, and that grows exponentially with each one.

Not all BBQ's are good, Grits cooked right with honey and butter are delicious, and the Marriott has a nice cigar bar, but no television to watch games.

Next year Philly, PA keep the lights on for me!

                Joe

I didn't go to the game today. That was nasty. I can't stand being at a game where we are spanked, too much alcohol flowing and happy fans not knowing when to quit. For those of you who went sorry you had to pay so much money for such a horrible experience. Hopefully the Charger fans showed the same kind of class they were shown here at Clan Ram by us.

So go ahead and relate your experience. :sfosux::seasux: :arisux: in that order.

I unfortunately didn't get to go, as I had a prior engagement planned months ago that I couldn't get out of, but sounds like it was a special night. Also glad to see the organization committed to making their time at the Coliseum better.

Who all was there? What were your impressions good and bad?...

Epic Year for California Ram Fans
                by LARamHead
San Diego, Phoenix, Frisco and Oakland...

                ...wow...

...the Charger game is a no-brainer...take I-15 and stop at Pechanga...hit TJ the night before...maybe even kayak in La Jolla Cove...

...the Cards at that new super stadium is also a must...it looks pretty sweet....anything is better than Tempe...losers ran out of beer and hot dogs before the the third quater last season...and it was about 175 degrees...

...not sure I can take being around all those Bay Area freaks twice, but I gotta make at least one...probably the Niners...hit the wharf and do Scoma's or maybe take the ferry to Tib...Oakland is tempting, but sitting in a sea of fat, drunk 'female' Raider fans wearing F*** Raider Haters T-shirts is something I could do without...

Looking forward to at least three...I've only seen the Rams twice since they left LA, once in Baltimore at the old Memorial Stadium (advice: don't go to a Ravens game in Maryland with your family wearing Rams gear; Baltimore makes Oakland look like Disney-freaking-land) and last year's thriller at Tempe...

                ...God I can't wait...

                ...I HATE the off-season
