Well, I got hitched last night to a wonderful lady, and the two of us are off on our honeymoon this afternoon. Just wanted to say a temporary goodbye to the Clan, it'll be hard not to sneak away and check the forums during the trip! Have a great week, everyone! :ram:

Re: See you guys in a week!
So the week of your honeymoon just so happens to be the week your Mountaineers will compete in the Final Four? I can only see two ways this can happen.
One) This is all just a mammoth coincidence.
Two) You've just married Bob Huggins.
In either case, CONGRATULATIONS!

Let me know.
I think PostalRam is hosting a tailgate... POSTAL ARE YOU OUT THERE? Hopefully he'll post some info on that so we can all meet.
Some tips from a long-time South Floridian...
1. Stone crab season started last week. Do partake. But, don't overpay by going to some fancy restaurant like Joe's. Best bet: if you're staying in Fort Lauderdale, look up Captain Mike's Seafood shop in Davie. They bring the claws in on their own boats and cook them up daily. Get a few pounds to go (much cheaper than Joe's) and find a nice spot to chow down. Just don't forget the mustard sauce!
2. If you have the time, check out the Shark Valley trail in the Everglades National Park. On a 15 mile loop (which you can walk, bike or ride a tram) you will get closer to our local denizen, the alligator, than you ever expected. You can also see deer, wild boar, snakes, turtles and dozens of species of birds.
3. If you want to go to a great beach (and you're not into the glitz of South Beach), try Lloyd State Park in Fort Lauderdale. Quiet, clean beaches with a good restaurant and canoe rentals for the inlets where you will likely see raccoons, spotted eagle rays, and nesting ospreys.
4. If you're driving around between 4:00 and 6:00, tune into AM 560 to hear Hank Goldberg's radio show. He's the ESPN prognosticator who is a long time Miami icon. You can bet he'll have some Rams as guests during the week.
5. Enjoy the weather. Forcast is Sunny and 85 degrees!-

Sickening feeling, but I'm here to give you guys your props for winning - congrats.
For 55 minutes we dominated, then for the last 5 we forgot the Rams still had a good offense.
Find it kind of ironic we pissed away the game in Seattle much like you guys did last year - I guess that's just how these things go.
Congrats again.-

Has anyone noticed that the law of averages has just not been on the Rams' side this year. Unlike last year, when the Rams got many breaks, this year, it seems that luck has not been on their side.
So, this week, I bid the Fates and the Lords of Chance... Give the Rams a break!!!!
Let a tipped ball fall in the hands of a Ram defender.
Let an opposing team's fumble bounce to a Ram, instead of out of bounds.
Let the refs be watching when the opposition holds or interferes.
Come on...... GIVE US A BREAK ALREADY!!!!!!
This would be a great week for it.-
