99.9% of my family and friends hate the Rams, love to root against the Rams when we watch games together, and like nothing more than to torment me over the Rams, but today, my phone is blowing up with calls and texts of congratulations, and sentiments of being happy for me. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'll take it!

Hey guys, I just wanted to say good game. Don't get your heads down, I know it's tough to swallow a loss like this (Trust me, I really do, we were 0-4 in games decided by three points or less prior to today) but you guys are greatly improved over last year. There is still no reason you can't make playoffs. Oh, and for the record, as a 49er fan, even I know that PI call was bull ****. Today was full of ****ty penalties, but what can you expect with Hochuli as ref?

With the Cardinals VS the Steelers coming up, I can't help but think wow, my beloved QB might possibly win another Superbowl...and he won't be in yellow and blue. It hurts a little inside, but at the same time it's bittersweet. I am really glad that he's doing well, it just stings that he's in our division and once again...not wearing the horns...Am I a bad Rams fan to not root for Warner?
How do you guys feel? Do we try to make a stronger division by having better teams, and having respect amongst the league? (i.e. Having Playoff/Superbowl appearances) Or do we ALWAYS root for the other team to win because they are in our division?
I truly don't know who to root for. I am rooting for Kurt, but not for his team. I love the underdog, but they are in our division.
I can say one thing...I absolutely hate the Seahawks more than any other team even more than the Whiners. I don't like the Whiners, and quite frankly I don't really mind Ken Whisenhunt's Cards. I like Whisenhunt, and Russ Grimm. Only when they play us, but then again, I dislike every team we play against, that's a fan's nature...
So who are you guys rooting for?
I love rooting for the underdog, and I think they have a good shot at winning. I just hate that they are our divisional rivals. I was really hoping the Eagles would've won that game

With players like Holt, Marc, Jackson, Curtis, McDonald and Klop no need too panic. Offensive usually take a few weeks to get going at full speed.
We just beat a Denver team that is a legit super bowl contender, they have a really balance team and they are used to winning.
Not many Rams fans deep down thought we would win this game and not many including myself thought our defense would look so good. Many of us thought the last few preseason games we look bad on ST, O and Defense. Too come out and play like we did Sunday was hugh.
If we would have come out and won that game 35 to 31, and had turnovers, gave up big plays on ST and did not stop anyone on D. I would have reason to be concerned. This off-season was all about making our defense better and our ST better. I for one say we looked better, so far so good.
On offense we ran the ball, SJ over 100 yards, no INT. Yeah Marc did not look sharp missed on some plays. The Denver Broncos are a very good Defense they made plays. Last time these two teams played no one played Defense and we won, this time both teams played defense and we WON!-09-11-2006, 08:47 AM
