None of the Angels starters were anything to talk about last year except Jered Weaver. Don't know much about Hanson, tell me about him if you will. Also what is meant by "he went to RCC?"

Finally, how do you know they are considering trading Morales? If we are gonna trade anybody let it be that worthless pile of crap, Vernon Wells. He just needs to go....

    WHAT SAY YE?

Solid rivalry, but not on par with

    Cardinals-Cubs
    Red Sox-Yankees
    Dodgers-Giants

In terms of angels and Texas being the premiere rivalry now. Look how both these teams have been the modern day Yankees and Red Sox when it comes to spending, on the field play, and how both teams hate each other.

I've been a Cincinnati Reds fan since the late 60's. The Big Red Machine era of the 70's was something I'll never forget. I still remember the starting lineups from the unbelievable teams they had in that decade. However, except for their surprise World Series win over the A's in 90, they have not given their fans much to get excited about. Well, things have changed, baby! The team everyone predicted to sweep the cellar this year is leading MLB in wins, and doing it by kicking the behind of great teams like Houston and St. Louis. (Sorry to all of you Cardinal fans)
    GO REDS!

Just watched the Niners lose in the waning seconds while driving for a tying fg BY THROWING AN INTERCEPTION THAT BOUNCED OFF THE RECEIVER.

Pretty amazed here they were going to win it. Sure they are from the city that homes the Whiners but I've always had a soft spot for San Fran's baseball team. Just like us, they're a young team that picked up a few vets, have a good D via pitching and a well-talented pitcher. Try not to bag on me, Dodgers and Cards fans, please.
