Not too many Suh highlights tonight, but what a dominating performance by the whole D. Shutout!
A defeated look of consternation, dissappointment, or even pain. The name derives from the look one often gets when challenged by a large BM.

Can we just draft the entire Nebraska defense with out first pick?

Hard to make plays when you're being held and then taken down 20-25 times during a game. ;)

            If I might?

That has got to be the quickest big man I've seen.

Would it be too much to ask him to play on both sides of the ball for us?

Speaking of which, at least we don't have to worry about who will fill in at FB if Karney goes down. Suh was mostly a distraction when he was in last night, but it was fun to see the defenders cower as he charged their way!

The only concern I have with Suh right now is that he appears a bit small for a DT in the NFL. Am I the only one that sees this?

                    He's 6'4, 300. That's a perfect size for an NFL UT.

The reason he looks "small" is that he's not fat, like a lot of DTs are.

Although he only had 3 tackles (1 for loss) last night, you can see what kind of impact he has on a defense. He was double teamed on every single snap. As a result, the rest of the D line enjoyed 1 on 1 matchups all night. A guy like Suh can make Clifton Ryan and Darrel Scott play like above average NTs, and help Chris Long become a star.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Although in the NFL, guards are obviously not going to just crown him immediately so he won't consistently get double-teamed until he proves that he deserves it, but once that happens then look out.

Oh, and he's 6'4, 291. Not 300. But like you said, he doesn't have the big gut that most other DT's have. It should be no problem for him to add another 9 lbs. to get up to that range.

Suh will make a huge difference in our D-Line so we must take him and beef-up the rest of our front seven so we'll finally get back into "the conversation" in the NFL next year and beyond.

Go Rams! (just not this Sunday)

This is a good example of a message board pet peeve of mine. Every website I've looked on, including Nebraska's own site, lists him at 300 lbs.

Now, it is entirely possible that he'll weigh in at a different weight at the Combine, but I fail to see why people feel the need to post "facts" that have no apparent source.

So, if you have a source, identify it.
