  • DV, contact Al............

Davis and start talking about Mike Bush.

I think he's a wasted talent on the Raiders and would be a very nice complimentary RB behind SJ.

McFaddens a former one. Fargas is just too usefull for them. Go make a deal and get Bush. He'd be a helluva compliment to SJ, he's still young, got nice size and speed, catches well.

Offer them something in the 2011 draft. Gotta be a workable deal in there somewhere.

It wouldn't be a bad thought. We definitely need someone who can emerge from the pack of leftovers we have in our backfield. I can't even begin to fathom what the asking price would be though, only because this is Al Davis here.

Well since it's Al Davis he'll probably ask for a 4th or 5th round choice. This is the man who gave up Randy Moss for a fourth and also traded a first for Richard Seymor. lol

Perhaps the Rams can sign a FA punter that runs a 4.3 40 and then trade him to Al for Bush.

On a scale of 1-10, how stupid is Al Davis?

On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the smartest and 10 being the stupidest, how stupid do you think he is?

Raiders should of least tried to trade down for somone else to get crabs?! - the old regime could've done better then that....

I would have to say 10
I can feel a contract for Usain Bolt being prepared...;)

Confirmed: AL Davis lost is mind
          by 39thebeast
first Tommy Kelly now Javon Walker who need micro fracture surgery (verry serious)

Raiders agreed to terms with Javon Walker on a six-year, $55 million contract, with $16 million guaranteed. He'll make $27 million in the first three years.
Al Davis has lost his mind. Even Walker's old coach Mike Shanahan said the receiver eventually needed microfracture surgery on his chronically sore knee. Walker gained 57 yards on seven catches in his last five games last year, and barely seemed able to run. Perhaps he'll recover, but Walker isn't worth Randy Moss money even when healthy. Like Moss' deal with Oakland, this one could end ugly.

          I'm Al Saunders...Convince Me
          by Bar-bq
In a world of procrastination, prognostication, and Seven different Subs containing under Six Grams of fat (excluding cheese, I'm told) man is found to have many options. So boundless are these options that they seem to exist regardless of what a man may be doing, not doing, thinking about doing, or eating.

One of those men is Al Saunders. Saunders is presently weighing up his coaching options for 2008, after visiting both Oakland and St.Louis about vacancies in their respective coaching staffs. In Oakland, he has the possibilty of being hired for an unspecified role, and, word has it, he has been informally offered the Rams OC position for 2008.

Alternatively, he could also sit back and watch the money come in, as he is due by Dan Snyder for the termination of his contract in Washington.

So I'm Al Saunders. I want to know why St.Louis would be the best choice for me, over Oakland and a year's exile. What I want you to do is convince me to take Scott Linehan and the two-headed omnipotent being more widely known as Shawgmunt up on their offer. The ball's in your court...

The Rams need to take notes from Al Davis...
          by BarronWade
          Not too many thou

I think this is the year Spags (i still believe in DeSpags past this year) should value the 40-time much higher than in years past. We need speed at WR, RB, CB, FS which basically means we need speed where it matters.

Do you think speed should determine whether we draft a player at said position?

Should speed be the determining factor for us in next years draft? (not every pick)

Example: Jeff Fuller vs. Ryan Broyles in the 2nd round. DeSpags likes both but broyles is the pick because of 40 time
