Re: Redskins interested in BULGER?
I'm not really impressed with Campbell, but Bulger has a better chance to succeed somewhere else. We are in a lose lose scenario where the Rams and Bulger both need a fresh start. With a good line and playmakers he could revert back to decent form, but he needs to move on from St. Louis. I doubt we will get anything for him with his current contract, but he is much more talented than some backups in this league. Teams will do what Arizona did with Warner and let him earn a job over a younger QB.

I wouldn't mind this at all. Personally I have a weird feeling that Bulger would go off and do well with the Redskins....
Probably has nothing to do with the fact that everyone who leaves us goes off to do great things elsewhere though

WHOA. I thought Vick was supposedly the greatest thing since sliced bread. With their record of bringing in players and overpaying them, why would the 'Skins be passing over the greatest QB out there...Vick?
Could it be the fact that they know Bulger is better than Vick? I bet it is....otherwise, they'd be doing backflips to sign Vick.

Hard to say the same about Bulger. I don't want to take shots at MB at all, I feel for the guy it's been a rough past 4 seasons for anyone in STL. Maybe both parties could prosper with a change of scenery though, rather than leaving us all holding our collective breathe waiting for the return to glory.
I don't know how I feel about Campbell, or where the Rams will find a starting QB next year. It looks like Campbell is on the rise though, and despite sentiment elsewhere, I do think the Rams are a team on the rise as well. It sounds good on paper.

At least Bulger has shown he can win and lead a good offense in the NFL. Jason Campbell has shown neither. I still don't know why anyone would want Jason Campbell to start for the Rams next year. Just ask any Redskins fan what they think of him.

I dont think Campbell or bulger is the right QB for our system, they are both different in their styles but neither can really fit with our personal or system as of right now.
Bulger is a pinpoint accurate QB who throws the ball were is receivers i supposed to be, he relies on the receiver being better then the CB on the play, he doesnt have a natural ability the "throw the receiver open" as some would say. This can make you a great QB, as Montana and Young are two examples of this type of QB. So being this type of QB bulgers play has declined with the lose of such talent at WR as would be expected, the lose of such talent was just bad luck, contrary to popular belief this doesnt make him a bad QB not the type of QB we need right now.
Campbell on the other hand is the type of Qb who extends the play from the pocket, sort of like Rothlisberger. He doesnt throw to a spot on the field were his receiver is supposed to be at any given time. He throws to where a receiver is at on the field, naturally this is going to get you sacked more often as you have to take more time to survey the field. However, despite not having a wealth of talent to throw to(Moss, Cooley) he has improved his play statiscally year by year.
Now plug Campbell into our WCO and I think he struggles. WCO plays require you to get the ball out of the QB's hand and into a playmakers hand quickly. Campbell tends to hold onto the ball to long for this.
Bulger is the ideal QB for a WCO, but his receivers have been horrible for him since Holt and Ike left. Now get a quality reciever in the lineup and i think that reopens the game for him, but we cant rely on that happening.
In conclusion I dont think the move would really benefit either team very much. Our best bet would be getting a young QB from FA or the Draft. Right now IMO the best chances we have are one of the following, Orton, Lefevour, Smith.
