NFL Network's Charley Casserly reports that Notre Dame QB Jimmy Clausen (toe surgery) is unlikely to get in a full workout before April's draft.
The full workout would consist of "running, cutting and dropping." It sounds like Clausen should be ready for his NFL team's summer camps, but he apparently won't be able to throw for evaluators at the Irish Pro Day. We'd say this was a slight concern if Clausen was a serious candidate to be drafted No. 1 overall, but Sam Bradford has clearly emerged as the favorite.
